If you are a regular reader of this blog, you might remember a recent review I wrote on the Pascoe Vitamin C Serum Intensive Care which I have quickly added to my daily routine, and today I am back with a no-fuss moisturizer that has become an everyday staple of mine, the Pascoe Hyaluronic Face Cream*. I had personally not heard of Pascoe up until a few months ago and have really been enjoying their products so far this year.
I love that Pascoe offers not only incredible vegan and cruelty-free skincare but that they also care about your health from the inside out, providing a plethora of natural health products that help manage various medical conditions, from allergies to headaches, cold and flu, stress and more. Being vegan, suitable vitamins and supplements are harder to come by and I appreciate that their items can be filtered when searching on their website. They also offer valuable information written by a team of licensed medical professionals and contributors for educational purposes which I find very insightful as well.
After cleansing and applying the Pascoe Vitamin C Serum, I've been following up with the Hyaluronic Face Cream to bring hydration back to my skin both morning and night. I was immediately impressed by the light texture and ease of spreading and absorption. This cream is on the runnier side, which is personally what I prefer when it comes to layering makeup on afterwards. It has a non-oily feel to it yet still packs a punch to help your skin look plump and rejuvenated. It is made with a blend of eight plant essences, namely passionflower, marigold, pansy, thyme, gentian, echinacea, sage, and hops. It has a very faint botanical scent, nothing too overwhelming.
This water-based cream, with hyaluronic acid as its star ingredient to increase skin moisture, is housed in a sleek glass bottle with a pump dispenser, which I am a fan of especially for travel as a slimmer design makes it easier to pack together with other toiletries. All Pascoe skincare products are made in Germany with regionally-sourced ingredients and are dermatologically tested as well as certified natural.
I am really glad that this face cream has been working for my acne-prone and sensitive skin. I can definitely see how it is suitable for all skin types as well, whether you have dry, normal or oily skin. I've also been testing another one of Pascoe's skincare products which I will be sharing with you soon, so keep an eye out on the blog!
