I am always amazed when I come across a health and wellness brand I have not heard about and discover they have been in the game for a very long time. Curious about my most recent find? Pascoe*, a German brand that was founded in 1895 and that specializes in natural health care products as well as supplements. I was thrilled to see that they have their own skincare line, and was excited to get my hands on their Vitamin C Serum Intensive Care which I've had the pleasure of testing out over the last couple of weeks. Keep reading to find out my thoughts on this fabulous facial product!
Housed in a beautifully designed glass bottle with a pump dispenser, this lightweight serum is non-greasy and absorbs very quickly. If you usually steer clear of heavier serums, this one is a great option and it feels very hydrating. I especially like using it in the evening for deep nourishment but it works great in the morning under makeup and a moisturizer with SPF too. As I am getting older, I want to make sure I incorporate products daily into my skincare routine that will help visibly reduce and prevent fine lines, wrinkles and dark spots (some of which have started appearing over the last couple of years). I like that this product targets the signs of aging and is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive which I fall into.
Combining centuries-old plant knowledge along with modern science, this water-based vegan and cruelty-free serum contains ingredients that are 100% naturally sourced and includes an essence made from 8 plants: passionflower, marigold, pansy, thyme, gentian, echinacea, sage and hops to help brighten dull-looking skin and make it look more plump and soft. The formula is also fragrance-free which has been great for my reactive skin.
Under the Pascoe skincare line, you will also find their Hyaluronic Face Cream and Hyaluronic Body Serum.
All in all, I think the Pascoe Vitamin C Serum Intensive Care will quickly become a staple in your stash! I've been loving how my skin looks and feels since I started incorporating it into my skincare routine.
