Hylamide SubQ Anti-Age and SubQ Eyes Advanced Serums | Review

I'm happy to say my skin has been seeing brighter days! After a rough 'dry spell' in the last few months, it is finally feeling smooth and replenished again. Throughout the years, I've figured out that my skin does better in the summertime: it must be a mixture of spending more time outside in fresh air and the sun, eating more water-rich fruits, being more active and being under less stress. Thankfully some of the products I've been using have helped as well, and today I will be talking about two new additions that I've been trialing over the last month: The Hylamide SubQ Anti-Age* and SubQ Eyes* Advanced Serums.

Summer Fashion Haul + Lookbook | Dynamite, AE, Winners and more!

I've been shopping around in the last few weeks for new summer pieces as my closet has been looking a little sad, and since it's that time of the year when all the good sales are going on, I've been making the best of it! For one, my cousin was visiting from Alberta so we spent an afternoon at the mall and I picked up a few pieces from Dynamite and American Eagle. I also needed to find an outfit for my graduation ceremony and found a lovely dress at Winners along with a cute pair of blue lace up sandals. I scored a couple more deals on flats at Payless and Ardene because I was in dire need of new ones. If you know me, you know I mostly always buy clothes that are discounted, as evidenced by this haul. I taught I would share what I picked up and film a lookbook too (my first fashion video)! NEW Make Up For Ever Artist Plexi-Gloss Lip Lacquers in 209 Fuschia Pink and 403 Red | Review

For someone who used to not care much for lip products, let's just say I've had a change of heart! While lipsticks are mostly what I reach for when it comes to painting my lips, I've slowly been warming up to other formulas, such as liquid lipsticks and lip glosses. The NEW Make Up For Ever Artist Plexi-Gloss Lip Lacquer range is somewhat of a cross between both, providing both high shine and intense pigmentation. Featuring 35 gorgeous shades in a sheer or opaque finish, this range definitely has something for everyone. I got to try shades 209 Fuschia Pink* and 403 Red*, and considering I do not own anything quite like them, I am thrilled to share how they have been working for me.

NEW La Roche-Posay Lipikar Gel Lavant and Lipikar Fluide | Review

Are you ready to take on summer and show off your radiant skin? It's been a process for me since my skin has been acting up (as it typically likes to do). To remedy, I've recently included a few new products into my skin care regimen, including a recently launched duo from La Roche-Posay: Lipikar Gel Lavant* and Lipikar Fluide* to help restore my skin. After recently emptying my Baume AP+ (great stuff, more on it here), I was looking forward to try the brand's new lotion and test out one of their gels for the first time. What is so great about these two products is that they are suitable for the entire family (including babies) since they are paraben-free. They can also be used on the face and body, formulated to both soothe and protect sensitive skin.

I've been on the lookout for such an all in one skincare product for a while now, so when I came across the Druide Facial Cleanser and Makeup Remover with avocado and chamomile. I knew I had to put it to the test. This was my first encounter with this brand, however I had read great reviews from a fellow blogger who recommended this particular item so when I saw it at my local health store I grabbed it straight away. Druide is also local to Montreal = bonus points!
