You might recall about a year ago I posted my Get To Know Me Tag - it is honestly one of my favourite videos to watch on YouTube, alongside the 50 Random Facts About Me Tag. I think they really let one's personality shine since they are often quirky and funny. I love getting to know someone that I look up to and connecting with them through their weird habits and embarrassing moments - not only is it entertaining, but I also deeply admire them for being so real and candid with their audience. Hence today, I thought I would share 50 Random Facts About Me (okay I might have slipped a few more in because I got carried away... oopsie). Watch below for the good, the bad and the ugly!

Get To Know Me | The Girl Behind The Blog

This one's a long time coming! I've had this tag on my to-do list for the longest time but never got around to it, until now. I am feeling more confident than ever and think you all deserve to get to know me on a more personal level after all of these years (for some of you)! You may or may not have guessed from watching some of my past videos, but I am quite the introvert in real life and usually avoid being the center of attention, but today I am taking a step towards opening up to you guys and sharing bits and pieces of my personal life with you. A good starting point I thought would be to tackle a popular tag here on the interweb, the Get To Know Me TAG. So I'll be answering these 25 questions that span a variety of topics and interests so that you get to know the face behind the blog a bit better!

The Autumn Tag

I was tagged by my beautiful friend Chelsea from Chelsea Leigh to do The Autumn Tag, and with so many things to like this time of the year, I knew I wanted to share what I've been enjoying. I will be completely honest and say that I've actually never been much of a 'fall lover' in the past (shocking I know, everyone loves fall right?). For me this had much to do with fall = back to school = stress = unstable weather = don't know how to dress appropriately = getting sick, but for the first time in a long time I am really enjoying this season, the change in colours, the abundance of local fruits and vegetables, and even the chilly weather (plus I haven't caught a cold yet, no jinx). Anyways, enough with the rambling - I've got some questions to answer!

I love reading and watching tag posts and videos, and of course doing beauty tags on my blog, so I decided to create my very own, which I have named the "Most Repurchased Beauty Products TAG"! I think this is a great way to reflect back on the products that had, or still have an important place in our beauty routines. It is also interesting to see what brands come up more often than others!

Blush or Bronzer?

Definitely blush. I mostly use bronzer in the summer when I'm more tanned, but blush I wear all year long.

Lipgloss or Lipstick?

Lipstick, for sure. I am not a big fan of lip gloss, probably because my hair always ends up sticking to my lips whenever I wear it lol.
